It looks great, and usually markedly better in direct comparison to any given filtered scene - the difference isn't 'omg there's so much color how could this possibly be gritty Deus Ex Detroit', more like 'okay, everything is natural colors instead of gold, but hey, that future building is still sleek with otherworldly architecture and coloration, and hey, these back alleys are still grimy and contrast the clean face of the city well, and hey, this laboratory is still eerily sterile and lit by the glows of machines, etc etc'. ![]() It's so not true that the color filter is disabled in the Director's Cut by default and the game loses nothing for it.
